Eligibility
You must be at least 15½ years old to enroll in any course. Parental or guardian approval is required for all minors.
Services Offered
We provide driving lessons through various packages: 2-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, and a Senior Package. Services are scheduled by appointment and may vary based on availability.
Payments
We accept online payments via Authorize.net. Full payment is required before scheduling your driving lessons.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of that lesson.
Refund Policy
We provide refunds for valid reasons such as dissatisfaction with the service or relocation. All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of your first scheduled session. See our Refund Policy page for full details.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for accidents or incidents occurring outside of our scheduled instruction. All students must follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Big Picture School of Driving offers digital service-based products (driving lessons). No physical items are shipped. After successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation email and instructions to schedule their appointment within 24–48 business hours.
