We understand that life happens. Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your learning experience.

1. Refund Eligibility
   You may request a refund if:

• You are unsatisfied with your first lesson
• You are moving out of the area
• An unforeseen circumstance prevents you from continuing

1. Refund Conditions

• Requests must be made in writing to instructorej1974@gmail.com within 7 days of your first scheduled session
• Lessons already completed will not be refunded
• A small administrative fee may apply

1. Rescheduling
   We encourage rescheduling instead of canceling. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make changes without penalty.
